Carmine J. D’Ellena, Esq. – Carmine is an attorney who has been practicing law since 1974. He graduated from Providence College with a Business Administration degree and continued to Suffolk University Law School. When he began his practice, he had a general practice, but began focusing his career on real estate in 1990. Carmine is a Rhode Island native. His hobbies include boating, spending time with his family and building and developing.

Melissa D’Ellena, Esq. – Melissa is an attorney who has been practicing law since 2004. She attended Bentley College where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2000. Melissa subsequently graduated from Roger Williams School of Law in 2004. After Melissa was sworn into the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Bar Associations she joined her father in his practice at D’Ellena Law Office. Melissa is also a Rhode Island native and when she’s not working she enjoys teaching, playing golf and spending time with her husband and two children.

Ralph D. Cuculo, Esq. – Ralph is an attorney who has been practicing since 1979. Ralph attended the University of Massachusetts for his undergraduate degree and then graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law. He began his practice of law as a general practitioner but now focuses his practice on real estate conveyance and title work. Ralph is an independent attorney who conducts much of the title for D’Ellena Law Office on behalf of various title companies, on a contractual basis and continues to represent his own clients as well. Ralph is also a Rhode Island native and he enjoys traveling and sports.

Nicole Vidal, Esq. – Nicole is an attorney who has been practicing law since 2003. She attended the University of Connecticut where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in English with a minor in Criminal Justice in 2000. Nicole subsequently graduated from Roger Williams School of Law in 2003. After Nicole was sworn into the Connecticut Bar Association, she joined a mid-sized practice in New London. In 2009, Nicole opened her own solo practice. Nicole is a Connecticut native. When she’s not working she enjoys writing, and spending time with her husband and their four children.
Alexander “A.J.” Turchetta

Alexander “A.J.” Turchetta is an attorney with D’Ellena Law Office, Ltd., where his practice focuses on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate matters. A native of East Greenwich, A.J. is proud to practice where he grew up and throughout RI & Massachusetts.
A.J. earned his undergraduate degree from Clemson University before attending Boston College Law School. He began his legal careet in Boston, where he practiced litigation and gained experience representing clients in a variety of contested matters. After several years in Massachusetts, he returned to Rhode Island and transitioned his practice to real estate law. Now in his fourth year of practice, A.J. works with buyers, sellers, lenders, and other parties throughout the real estate transaction process. He currently resides in Warwick with his wife and son and enjoys being able to serve clients in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
