Carmine J. D’Ellena, Esq. – Carmine is an attorney who has been practicing law since 1974. He graduated from Providence College with a Business Administration degree and continued to Suffolk University Law School. When he began his practice, he had a general practice, but began focusing his career on real estate in 1990. Carmine is a Rhode Island native. His hobbies include boating, spending time with his family and building and developing.

Melissa D’Ellena, Esq. – Melissa is an attorney who has been practicing law since 2004. She attended Bentley College where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2000. Melissa subsequently graduated from Roger Williams School of Law in 2004. After Melissa was sworn into the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Bar Associations she joined her father in his practice at D’Ellena Law Office. Melissa is also a Rhode Island native and when she’s not working she enjoys teaching, playing golf and spending time with her husband and two children.

Ralph D. Cuculo

Ralph D. Cuculo, Esq. – Ralph is an attorney who has been practicing since 1979. Ralph attended the University of Massachusetts for his undergraduate degree and then graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law. He began his practice of law as a general practitioner but now focuses his practice on real estate conveyance and title work. Ralph is an independent attorney who conducts much of the title for D’Ellena Law Office on behalf of various title companies, on a contractual basis and continues to represent his own clients as well. Ralph is also a Rhode Island native and he enjoys traveling and sports.

Sara Rasmussen

Sara Rasmussen, Esq. - Sara is a transactional attorney who joined D’Ellena Law as an associate in early 2021. Here practice began focused on civil litigation, landlord/tenant disputes and general dispute resolution. Sara graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts; and cum laude with a J.D. from the University of Massachusetts School of Law in 2016. She is licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Sara worked as a professional dancer, running a successful dance studio in Rhode Island for over 15 years. In her free time, Sara enjoys spending time with her family and teaching dance classes.

Brooke Belson
ESQUIRE
Brooke Belson, Esq. – Brooke is a newly admitted attorney to the Rhode Island Bar, she attended Roger Williams University where she obtained a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies and Psychology in 2018. Brooke then graduated from Roger Williams Law School in 2021. She is originally from Long Island, New York but is excited that she made Rhode Island her new home. Brooke’s hobbies include going to the beach, spending time with family and friends, and reading a new book.
